The E.P. Carrillo New Wave Connecticut Short Run are called that because only 1,000 boxes of 24 are made of each size.  This cigar is a unique blend of Ernesto Perez’s previous cigar releases as he uses the existing Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper from the original NWC cigar and takes the Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper from the Core Line Maduro and uses it as binder.  Lastly, the filler also comes from the Core Line Maduro which is a combination of Dominican and Nicaraguan.
